Onboarding process was very disorganized and non transparent. No clear expectations on roles and responsibilities and a distinct lack of regional support to correct store level issues.
Advice to Management
To retain world class talent it might be beneficial to evaluate the effectiveness and professionalism of your onboarding process. I was left alone with no mentoring or clear communication of expectations other than online modules.
