The patients become like family, and the fellow employees are all there for the right reasons...to take care of those patients like they were family.
Lack of good communication skills amongst the different departments and the lack of accountability or acknowledgement for a job well done from management. Not enough staff.
Advice to Management
Keeping a light staff may produce a larger overhead, but it ends up running off some of the best employees due to burnout. Staff a little larger= greater happiness amongst employees, and most of all, better more personal care for our patients.
