There is a lot of money to be made if you sell new. Some of my coworkers were amazing.
They upper management has no clue what goes on in the sales room. The disconnect between departments will be their demise. Once you sell a customer, they become old news and they want more. Pressure to make new sales outweighs taking care of current customers. Turnover is high on employees and customers.
Advice to Management
If there is a good rep, take care of them. Promote them when they deserve it. Take care of your customers, after all they are the ones paying for your Porsche.
