I worked at MB Financial full-time (More than 3 years)
Not to many, benefits it's all I can think of. THE BEST THING I DID WAS RESIGN AND STILL GOT PAID BY THIER UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE.
Where to start, management and the higher up do not care about their employees. They will make you work 50+ hours including weekends and you are on call on your vacation days. They also under pay the employees by a lot compared to market value. A V.P. in the IT department stated that the bank comes before family. It was a harassing place to work. I was forced to resign due to going to HR with issues, but they don't do anything. I resigned due to my doctor telling me my health is being hurt due to the hours worked and not sleeping. JUST REMEMBER I WRITE THIS SO NO ONE ELSE MAKES A WRONG CHOICE AND I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT STATES THE ABOVE.
Advice to Management
They need to start being transparent and also know about what they are managing. They need to stop harassing employees that's why so many people have left. I would get rid all of the management and start over.
