The local community desperately is appreciative but all too use to the "revolving door" of providers. The patients for the most part are the best part.
Management lacks communication and care in staff satisfaction. Facility is more focused on new hospital then correcting current issues surrounding staff retention, patient safety, evidence based practice protocols and quality of care. EMR is worst systems I've ever used. ER staff needs a face-lift and learn respect for providers instead of second guessing delegation.
Advice to Management
Listen to staff and providers when there is a problem and clearly communicate the answer to the problem instead of ignore them. Focus on staff retention and satisfaction. Communication should come from the top down, not bottom up.
