Group leader does not know how to lead and get things done that benefit the firm overall; human resources Dept needs a competent leader and assistance in how to recruit experienced employees: casual environment c an sometimes be a negative-inapprproate attire, staff showing up for work at 2 in the afternoon, taking 3 times more time than necessary to get the work done, lack of emphasis on quality.
Advice to Management
Hire an experienced human resource director Increase staff accountability Enforce appropriate attire Revamp experienced recruiting process
