    I have been working at May Institute full-time (More than a year)


    Great coworkers and supportive admin staff. Open atmosphere with supervisors very open to feedback and advice regarding students. Fantastic kids! Parents are super supportive and understanding. Students truly come first and their needs are not only met but exceeded. Director goes above and beyond to connect staff and parents with resources for helping care for the population of students we work with. Staff reinforcement is also a focus :)


    Graduate opportunities could be expanded. Several more employees would likely be motivated to stay with the company if they didn't have to find and complete their own graduate studies with little financial aid from the company. A MABA program would be great since this is an ABA-based school or a clinical psychology masters program for those in the mental health programs.

    Advice to Management

    As stated above, expanded graduate opportunities would help with employee retention. Especially since similar companies offer such benefits. More recruiting should be done to get more interviews in the door.
