I have been working at MedOptions full-time (More than 3 years)

A needed and valued service for the LTC industry. The only reason I gave 1 star.

Why have all the wonderful clinicians this company once employed left? What's the turnover for 2015? 70%?!?! It's got to be close.... Why are positions and employees shuffled around like a deck of cards or people just disappear? This company is soulless And unscrupulous. People are angry & looking to leave. That's awful for the frail patients who entrust the Company with their care.

    Advice to Management

Follow through on promise to communicate with clinicians/employees. Nice try with the " town meetings." Not one assurance has been substantiated. Impeach the so called management team!
