The business opportunity is strong. Healthcare staffing is on fire. This company should be positioned for amazing growth. If you get in now and can tolerate micro management it should only get better.
Senior leadership struggles to improve performance. There is zero support or encouragement. It's a very superficial environment that doesn't see a reason a change. Meet the metrics or leave. Unfortunately the benchmark is a moving target and people are leaving.
Advice to Management
Stop making decisions that later require apologies. Learn to make sound decisions. Listen to those who are actually driving the business instead of leading from the backseat.
