I have been working at Merchant e-Solutions as a contractor (Less than a year)
The company recently hired a new CEO who has brought in a new management team. While remnants of the old culture do exist, Tom and his team are working hard to shake things up. His new team is highly motivated, very professional and ready to put in the work required to make MeS a stand-out in it's field.
Legacy employees do help some of the old cultural issues linger. Attitudes need to shift along with new management philosophies and a new "start-up" culture.
Advice to Management
Communicate, communicate, communicate. It's the only way you're going to shake the dust of legacy employees.
