I worked at Metabolic Research Center full-time
If you like helping people this job could be very fulfilling. The clients truly appreciate your help and it can be life changing.
Where to start... The program has a good base concept and some of the supplements are good products (just extremely overpriced). The problem with this company is from the top down. The management team within this company is atrocious. They make obsurd amounts of money from their "home offices" or "supervisor meetings" while they pay employees not much more than minimum wage. There are no benefits (401k/insurance) and the schedule that you must work to meet expectations is one that only a young single person would be able to do. They have quotas that require one to push products that clients may not need. They will tell how much you can make but what they won't say is what hours you have to work (evenings/Saturday's) and what your center profitability must be to get there. The turnover rate is absurd because people are not willing to work such hours with little pay and no benefits. It is simply a stepping stone to the next best thing. This leads to poorly trained consultants who take care of and make reccomendations to people with a variety of medical conditions that may not be appropriate. If you are reading these reviews please take into consideration the consistency within the reviews and choose something else.
Advice to Management
