Great people, great culture, job security, responsible and overall great training. Fantastic best in class products. Very good benefits.
Slow decision making. Salaries are way below market & rock stars get penalized - French culture manages to the middle. You literally have to commit a felony to get fired. Work productivity tools (IT) are archaic at best. Process heavy and a little light on creativity & innovation (product is clearly an exception)
Advice to Management
Talent: Fix the compensation system reward top talent @ or above market (salary, bonus & equity) and start early (A lot of highly talented people have left lately because you made it too easy for them to be recruited away). Compensation does matter and it reflects how much value you place on an employee. Overhaul the productivity/ IT infrastructure (Conference rooms, computers, software etc) its been a serious drag on productivity.
