    I have been working at Milestone Internet Marketing full-time (More than a year)


    You get to read reviews and not make the mistake that we all did.


    No Training: You will be assigned accounts on your first day. A friend of mine started and had an email from a previous account managers client asking her to update something on his site. Forget training, you will be expected to hit the ground running. Clients: Are cancelling everyday when they too realize that they were bamboozled. Get use to apologizing for things out of your control. (Server outages, internal delays, billing mishaps) You name it, you will be the one who has the take the blame because you "own" the account. You will also have a very dysfunctional workload pulling you in a lot of different directions using an outdated laptop that can't handle half of what you need to do. Management: The cancer to this organization. They get paid 100k/year to watch you searching for other employment opportunities on the web and reading Skype messages to other employees. They are talking heads and really do not understand SEO, therefore expect to get vague responses to legitimate client questions and concerns. India Team: They pretty much do all the work. You have to create a support ticket for your client. Expect 90% of your tickets to come back with "confusion" delaying your project for several days. They will say they don't understand even with screenshots, but internally we know this is a method to buy time from also being overworked.

    Advice to Management

    Get new morals, management, computers, and sustainable software for clients. You have went to a point of no return honestly. You have clients cancelling faster than employees are updating their LinkedIn profiles to find a new position. This company needs to start over with new people.
