    I worked at Milestone Technologies full-time (More than a year)


    Family oriented, flexible (work-life balance), great admin department (always on top of time cards, expenses, event planning, office organization/maintenance), healthy work environment (at least that I can vouch for prior to 2010....), fun/humorous personalities within Fremont headquarters, Non-base pay related benefits are decent (see base pay in cons...)


    cheap cheap, cheap, I repeat...CHEAP. They will low ball you wherever they can. When I mean "they" I mean the one determining the budget, which we all know who that is. I have no complaints from going from drink treats, to water bottles, to water jugs.. but it's simple - identify your hard-working, dedicated employees and pay them AT LEAST market rate! Stop offering high salaries to people who haven't shown their competencies! I agree that people there need to speak up more instead of gossip and badmouthing, but treat employees well in a proactive manner, not reactive!

    Advice to Management

    stick to the good old days. You can still please your clients and keep your employees happy. It's normal for employees to leave, but the ones that stay, at least treat them with dignity...
