Working with a difficult regional who came in the door with equality issues. Regional need to be more supporting than criticizing. When regional finally comes to the property she's doing business for her consulting job instead of trying to help manager figure out solutions for the problems at the property.
Advice to Management
When hiring regionals more then one V.P. Need to interview them. When addressing problems with regionals to H.R. They need to have compassion instead of telling and yelling at them , you will not lock your door if they gone get you they gone get you anyway. Don't put managers in a compromising position by have them to do things that will raise integrity issues. Pay for security in those dangerous neighborhoods and do your due diligence when acquiring new property, don't leave a mess for your new coming manager. Have Regional to take a tact & diplomacy course on how to talk to their employees.
