Payroll system is abysmal. Shortly after starting the hours changes and resulted in not being able to submit "Half Days" and weeks had to meet specific hours that obviously changed. This resulted in .1 days etc.! I reported the problem initially and asked if they could correct. It's been submitted to my manager three times incorrectly and It has delayed my pay and caused me financial problems and no one seems to know what the hell to do even though I have provided detailed working hours and replied to a point where I am hitting my head against a wall. This is not good for the customer who thinks I'm taking the Mick or for me personally.
Advice to Management
Change you online timesheet system so they can be edited and try to pay people ontime as this is reflecting badly to the client and causes extra concerns and problems for me and my remediation. It shouldn't take 10 mails and I'm still no where closer to getting paid ! It's completely unacceptable.
