it was flexible and the supervisor was helpful. Checks are paid weekly and usually on time. Once the staff feels you know what you are doing, supervision is cut back and you aren't micromanaged.
not enough work and a lot of times they would not pay mileage which in the climate we currently live, this is not a good thing. apply for work can be a night mare depending how you utilize the web site. phone calls to payroll for any issue are not returned timely. there doesn't seem to be any room for advancement or an opportunity for a merchandiser to move up to being a territory rep or district manager

pay better per project, take into account how long a project truly takes and remember you employees are driving their cars and should be compensated for that fact.
