    good pay, good coworkers, decent benefits


    -No work/life balance. Rotating shift work with mandatory overtime shifts. Some workers are clocking 300+ overtime hours this year. -Upper management doesn't care about their employees. -Morale very low due to exhaustion of shift workers.

    Advice to Management

    Understand that your employees need to have SOME time off. Stop firing people, we are overworked as it is. Stop telling us there is a hiring freeze then hiring more upper management.
