Insurance premiums paid 100%. Free parking. Jeans on Fridays.
Pro used to be the summer flex program, until the requirements were changed. Now, most people do not do it because the requirements are too much. Not worth it to work 10 hour days just to have every other Friday afternoon off. No room for advancement for most people. Support staff are usually treated like second-class citizens.
Advice to Management
HR really needs to actually do something about certain staff in higher level positions. The same problem directors and/or VPs in my department are almost always the reason why good people leave our company. HR stays silent and does nothing.
