I worked at Nevada Health Centers (More than 5 years)

Nice new building. Good special events parties. Somewhat community oriented. Some good, conscientious people working there. Computerized ID cards made life easier.

Top executive management is difficult to deal with. Not user friendly. Extremely self conscious of employees not following chain of command in just voicing an opinion in meetings. A lot of write ups on employees, even after they have left the company. Top executives will not let the employees make the decisions they were hired to do. Everything must go to the top first. Frustrating to watch other fellow employees have to try to work through this. If you have to work late, you might run the risk of getting mugged in the parking lot at some of these buildings. Not enough staff to cover company mandated work load.

    Advice to Management

Maybe the Board of Directors should be asking former employees why they left!! It would give them valuable insight from employees, even several years back.
