Great Company that fosters very entrepreneurial (intrapreneurial) environment allowing employees to take risks and develop new ideas or ways of thinking. Big supporter of community and allows employees to take off work to volunteer for numerous charity events like Habitat for Humanity, The MS 150 etc...
Has no monetary or promotional incentives for those who do come up with and execute innovative ideas and processes that save the company Millions of dollars.. You work your butt off and deliver a solution that saves the company over $12Million in the first year and you will get a shiny new "Leadership Award" Trophy... But don't dare ask for or expect a promotion, raise, or any additional bonus.... That can only happen if you leave for some other company and come back.
Advice to Management
We have a very unique corporate culture that promotes innovation. Please don't let that be ruined by continuing to not reward, promote or somehow incentivize (other than a glass trophy) those who go above and beyond their normal work responsibilities to implement their ideas and save the company millions!
