- Great salary / benefits esp holiday/vacation - "Very Human" company, really cares about employees, particularly those in RIF situations - Employees empowered / autonomous in their respective areas
- Too lenient and at times ambivalent toward poor performance at all levels - Employee programs almost too generous, particularly in tough times - Classic hubris among management / employees in 2007+ timeframe as the previous market leader, until too late
Advice to Management
Keep tightening in all areas, stay the course with current "least bad" smartphone strategy. More top-down execution / prioritization directives.
