    Negative Outlook

I have been working at North Highland full-time (More than 5 years)

Have had a chance to work on great projects. Lots of talented people in the company. Some advancement opportunities if you are willing to work 70 hour weeks.

North Highland is losing its culture. Lots of burned out people. Hiring too many inexperienced people. Too many 70 hour weeks for the ones who are carrying the workload. Management is taking on risky projects that are not estimated correctly. No longer about "doing the right thing."

    Advice to Management

Go back to what made North Highland a great company, restore work life balance, take a look at some of the management team hired in the last 3-4 years. They are destroying the company.
