I have been working at Northrop Grumman full-time (More than 5 years)

Great teamwork environment and love what I do.

The review process is horrible. Leaving management to pick and choose which employees are 5s 4s and 3s only allowing a certain percentage to receive a 5 or 4. It's wrong and allows management to play favortism. So if a manager has 5 people in the group only 1 or 2 can get 5's and manager must choose to down grade the others because they have met their limit. People should be given what they earn and not be down graded because a manager can only give 1 or 2 people 5s. It's a poor review process and in my opinion very unethical. If 5 people are in the group and they all deserve 5s then they should get it.

    Advice to Management

Whoever wrote the new review process should revisit and make sure it meets ethical standards. Also, experience doesn't mean anything without a degree. It holds the great employees back and promotes in experienced degreed individuals.
