Advice to Management
Management by bullying is not a long-term effective strategy. Contempt for federal and state labor laws will result in lawsuits and already results in ridiculously high employee turnover. Instituting exit interviews may provide feedback on why O'Reilly's is such an unsatisfactory place to work.
