I have been working at Ohio CAT full-time (More than a year)

Decent health benefits and the encouragement to explore other job opportunities within the company. A new addition and a completely remodeled building will make it an awork environment.

An obsession with counting calories and the impression that people are keeping track of what you eat, and even being told to go on a diet, although I am not overweight, all make for a very uncomfortable work environment. It feels very clique-like, like high school. Also the vacation time and personal time given are very low compared to other companies.

    Advice to Management

This is a company, not a fashion shoot, it would be nice if people could be less shallow about appearances since not everyone can be a size two. Body shaming makes it hard to focus on work.
