    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Omni Air full-time (More than a year)

There are plenty of opportunities to make money, if you are not committed to anyone, or anything, or if you are already in an established relationship...because it will dig into your personal life and time. Seniority gets you places, whether it's the schedule you want to bid for, or an open trip. International travel, everywhere!

If you've just ended a trip and you are headed into days off, the company can take up to four of your days off, following the trip you just ended, if they need to fill a position and extend you into duty. The schedules they create don't give you much room to wiggle, if you're looking for particular days off. You can survive off your salary, but don't expect to be able to retire working here. Everything is out of Oklahoma... Medical, 401k...

    Advice to Management

Stop being cheap when it comes to commercialing your crews. We are human beings, just like you. It is insane to book people on three and four leg routes to a destination, when we fly so much already, especially internationally...and there actually is a routing available with less legs to travel. Respect "human factors". Your schedulers more than likely have never traveled as much and have never had the experience of how commercial travel wears on you, outside of a working flight, yet they book us on these ridiculous routings because you want to be cheap. You more than likely will not be losing money.
