While OH has a revolving door reputation, it's a very goal-oriented environment and your job is safe as long as you show progress.
They payscale and room for advancement is lacking. While you may take on a more advanced job role at an early stage in your career, you may not be paid appropriately for those responsibilities or recognized in title. Flexibility is hard to find; if you have to leave early or arrive late that's fine as long as you work 8 hours everyday. It's difficult to take off from work but overtime is usually not required.
