Pleasant staff. Ability to work from home. Convenient parking. Generous vacation time. Holiday parties as well as recognition for staff achievements.
Poor management relations with customer service staff. Mismanagement of call intake distributions resulting in contract quotas not being met. Difficulty in working with upper management regarding promotions.
Advice to Management
Consider hiring current staff in promotions for managerial positions. Focus on communication with staff and promoting better morale. Consider giving more generous raises to those staff members that earn it.
