I worked at Outlook Amusements full-time (More than 3 years)

Some good coworkers who can be supportive when they aren't the type concerned with moving a career forward or playing politics, decent perks

Will take advantage of your skills without recognition or fair compensation compared to market rates, "yes" people are catered to and more likely to get ahead than reasonable people who see better solutions or the consequences of decisions and tries to raise concerns, too easy for someone who knows the right people to get someone fired or pushed out, real skill becomes a threat instead of being encouraged and nurtured, company goals are poorly thought out and are unrealistic, bonus structure depends on factors outside of an individual's control and therefore your pay is affected by other's mistakes no matter how well you perform. Used to have 2 active owners but the more talented and fair-minded one is no longer active.

    Advice to Management

Pay for the skills in a fair manner per role and skill. Don't let people blame problems on others when they are just protecting themselves or trying to get rid of someone. This has happened too many times. Get facts and investigate. Stop pointing fingers and work as a team, especially from upper management to employees.
