A struggling company with a rich history. A large company that sometimes put its eggs in the wrong baskets. A global company that does not realize it is the same process in different cultures.
Removing the experience and letting the revolving door people come in make changes and leave position or company. A company that has too many divisions that do not work together. Why? Everyone is fighting to keep their jobs. A company that has 10% hourly union people and 5% salary people ruing it for the rest of the team. Human Resources? hahahha
Advice to Management
I wish I had the answer at least I pointed out some of the flaws I seen in my years with the company.
