Advice to Management
Consideration should be made as to ways to improve morale such as not letting people go without much notice as this saddens and disheartens the coworkers that get close to these individuals. Also, consult with HR people and other management advisors to add structure to the company and policies that benefit the company, and communication between management and subordinates needs to improve GREATLY. Improve your compensation standards, i.e. determining an employee's pay first, then their labor category which really just pays them less if the labor category you set is underestimated per their skill level and achievements, and keeping bonuses and raises consistent with the company's revenue/success each year instead of a giving a large bonus one year and little the next.
