I have been working at PSC Biotech full-time (More than 5 years)
PSC Biotech is a good place to work. The company is expanding rapidly and provides great growth opportunities to those who don't mind some long hours and hard work. As a new mom I have found PSC willing to make adjustments to my job and schedule to allow me to enjoy my new baby while continuing my professional career. I work in business developement and part of the job requires being able to travel. After I returned from maternity leave my manager gave me the choice of continuing in my present position or doing something new with the company. I like BD and elected to continue in sales. While I still have some travel I'm never away from home more than 2 nights in a row and this has worked out fine with my husband. I've found PSC to be flexible to the individual needs of its people and a good place to work.
As mentioned above there is some travel required. The job also requires a person who can manage situations that are, at times, stressful. But, I'd rather have an exciting and interesting job than stay at home all the time.
Advice to Management
None. You are doing a good job as far as I can see.
