Like someone already said in their review, it's a buddy system or as they call it "Core", if you weren't an intern here circa 2007 then you're looked at as an expendable employee. Even if you have been a veteran in the industry and have a wealth of knowledge. You either kiss the Core's *BUTT or you get out of their way. I have never seen a more mismanaged company in all my years in the business. This is by far the worse company I have ever worked at. I would consider working for Comcast over them (Google worst company in america). Also like someone mentioned before in another review their is absolutely no HR of any kind, it's just a good ole boy's club. They pitch this flat structure approach, sounds good the first year until you start to see the ugliness behind that pitch, but don't worry the Core makes all the decisions for you... no matter if they are a burnout, a guy who comes and goes as he pleases or an IT guy. Again mentioned by someone else... by the way they nailed it... coming in earlier doesn't mean anything when the actual CEO strolls in around 11am and only sees those that stay late. Speaking of that half that Core put in around 6 hours max and Fridays are a joke, no one gets there until 11am and then they do a wrap up of the week that was around 5:30pm.... solid effort everyone, no wonder they rarely get anything done. I feel bad for all those euro gamers awaiting another battle-cars game. I would also like to add that there is no way to further your career, there are no seniors in place to help guide you along the way, there is no production, no leads, no structure what so ever... it's just a place to hang out. Not to mention no raises, no bonuses and for a place located in Southern California they pay you pretty *CRAPPY too. However they will take you bowling or to a Padres game. I'd personally like a nice raise here in there, keep your pantry I'd like a cost of living bump every now and then. *This site made me remove bad language

    Advice to Management

Buy a house boat and head south, don't stop either just keep on going and take the core with you.
