Interact with a lot of cute and funny dogs Management has a lot of patience and are willing to help with anything Customers (if very satisfied) give great tips
High stress environment that leads to high turnover rate of bathers Co-workers(groomers) sometimes have short tempers and don't help out enough Only one bather works at a time even if its the busiest location (bathers don't get a whole lot of help from groomers) Low pay
Advice to Management
For more bustling PetSmarts, they should make it standard to staff more than one bather at a time. When we are giving the duties of dealing with the majority of walk-ins and only a hour to get our own dogs groomed, it is not fair to the bathers since that we tend to get way behind on our own appointments and risk customers not being satisfied with how long it took for the dogs to be groomed.
