I worked at Phoenix Suns full-time (More than 3 years)

Its sports. Generally fun atmosphere around games and promotions. Sales managers embrace sales training, engagement and incentives but now we're selling tickets on Groupon for goodness sake.

Culture is horrible. Most everyone who was around the past few years talks of how good "it used to be" when people actually cared. Executive leadership is stale and ownership believes everyone is replaceable. HR is inept and condescending.

    Advice to Management

Don't take people for granted and make everyone expendable. People who lived and breathed the Suns brand were sent packing. Get some diversity and quit hiring white, banking types like yourselves.
