Friendly people with a diverse culture
No communication from the board about strategy and direction. Mentality of hiring friends who are not capable but very good at playing the blame game. Board dont communicate and dont respond then expect the impossible( Been through 2 CEO's and 1 COO in 1 year ) Zero standardised processes across the entire organisation and no willingness to change. Loads of stress and payment of salaries / expenses commonly delayed. No regard for employees and their possible contributions. Cloak and dagger tactics are the norm.
Advice to Management
Listen to your employees! Provide some clear direction.
