Long hours, low pay, stressful work enviornment, upkeep on the resturant itself is never upheld, ie. airconditioners are usually never replaced if broken until the health department closes the store down. Managment can get rude due to the high stress levels on the job. Upper Managment only promotes those baised on personality than job performance, there is no recognition for doing a great job. Raises are limited to avg. 5cents per year unless you have a good Boss that is able to get you better raises like I did. Upper Managment has too much power, and cares more about how much money they can make out of you than your health and benifits.
Advice to Management
Just wanted to say that the Managment needs to help employees more, show more gratitude for doing a great job. All i know is, is that without employees, you wont be making any money and will lose your job eventually. Also Pizza Hut is going to go out of business if they dont do something soon.
