Too many unhappy employees. If you do not "KISS UP" you will be automatically viewed as a problem employee. The property I worked at was sold by prior owner and my decision to stay with Preservation Management was a huge mistake on my part. My immediate manager was a total Jerk and we did not like each other!
Advice to Management
Your employees (or at least most of them) are afraid to speak their minds and your company has a slave driver mentality.
