Customers trust the brand of shop. Good customer service. A good job to get experience and work in a fast paced evironment. Most people are cheerful and helpful to work with. Team experience is enjoyable.
Usually very understaffed stores which puts a strain on other staff and limits customer service capabilities. Not consistent process in every store. Long shifts. Not much room for career progression or training. If you are a good staff member, not too much recognition. Some team members get jaded, watch out - they can get annoying in the long run. Watching for numbers and generic conversion rates - totally naive and shallow look at staff health and mental wellbeing in the workplace. Robots.

Staff up more, create more diversity of service in your stores, allow your shops to be more than pharmacies with a nailpolish bucket at front.
