    You can work from home whenever you want, take off as many days as you want, and sometimes they stock snacks and drinks in the breakroom.


    Extremely unprofessional and unethical treatment of clients and employees alike -- they try to get cheap, unqualified labor and have senior staff train them and then price it out at professional rates. They have no structure, organization, best practices protocol, job descriptions, job titles or budget/billing for projects. They don't even have a job order form. Work is processed inconsistently and I was told that it's actually their policy not to check the work product. The managers do not give any feedback to their subordinates. There are no instructions for projects and then you'll get yelled at (by someone that is not your boss) when you do it wrong. They will promise you training but you will never get it. But, bending over the Operations manager's desk with your butt in the air always receieves a favorable outcome.

    Advice to Management

    Provide feedback to staff - if a staff member does something wrong, explain to them the proper way to handle the project. Provide company policies and best practices. Provide a job description and job title. If you are assigned as a manager, then review the work of your staff or at least be aware of what your staff is doing on a daily basis. Don't steal from your staff and lie to them or be emotional abusive. Form a budget and track productivity so that you can predict workflow.
