Absolutely none at all that I could see.
Individual locations have no management or leadership what so ever. Extremely low pay for Certified Nursing Assistants. Poor Customer Service from employee stand point or Resident/Family Member stand point. Care of residents leaves much to be desired. No standard policy and procedures in place. Each location is individually run by Administrators who have no control of the buildings or what goes on in them. Poor communication between staff members.
Advice to Management
Develop and enforce a policy and procedure that ALL locations have to follow. Take back control of your company from the Administrators and run it professionally from a corporate stand point instead of turning complete control over to those with no management or customer service skills. Take control in locations from Nursing and run your own business because the people you have running each location now (Administrators/DHS's/ADHS's) are destroying your locations. More pay for those who do most of the hands on work (CNA's) with residents who pay your bills. Keep in mind that buildings that "look" beautiful and clean are worth nothing if the resident care and family member support is not there on the inside. Most people I know would rather be in a rat whole with good care than in a nice, landscaped, clean building and be treated poorly and not taken care of. Same goes for family members who have someone that needs to go somewhere. Looks mean nothing if the care is lacking and the management is poor.
