I have been working at PruittHealth full-time
Up until now, the only pros were the ones you could find in yourself. Whether that be from the residents, families, or co-workers, you had to walk your own walk. Corporate absolutely did not walk it with you.
The major con was the fact (proven over and over) that Norcross didn't know how hard our jobs were and had no interest in finding out.
Advice to Management
There seems to be a new sheriff somewhere in corporate Norcross. Someone who has convinced Mr. Pruitt that the "push all employees until they die or perform" mentality that became prevalent about 3 or so years ago wasn't working...maybe he was consulting with someone new. This new sheriff is someone who had the courage to work to convince him that if he became people-centered...proved to his employees that he cared, not just talk about it...then things would turn around and the profit would follow. I hope others follow that new sheriff's lead. For the first time in a very long time, there is hope.
