Many good people in the organization willing to go the extra mile everyday for their colleagues and the company. Great products and innovation in product development.
The executive company is out of touch with reality continually giving conflicting direction and not properly rewarding people fairly or adequately for the many extra efforts they give. Growth objectives are not realistic given the capabilities of the organization while at the same time they are very slow to add the required talent resulting in 4 years not achieving the budget. Rather than looking at the budget and growth objectives, they instead put more pressure on the teams to deliver more and more running people into the ground.
Advice to Management
To the owners - replace the Global Executive Committee, restore the culture of valuing people and realign growth objectives/value creation to the organization's capabilities.
