Good work/life balance. Great people at the individual contributor level.
Leadership lacks vision, ambition, or the ability to effectively execute on a game plan. Leadership fails to communicate corporate vision / goals to the company. Morale is low among employees due to the ever-looming threat of layoffs. Benefits are less than competitive for the tech sector. Company does not invest in the employee from a growth perspective. Company does not seem concerned about employee retention.
Advice to Management
Build a roadmap and share your vision for success with the employees. Improve benefits so that they are competitive with other companies that are technology-based. Prove that the company values its employees through continued education offerings related to the job, better benefits, etc. If you take care of your employees properly, they will ensure your company drives to the goals set, which in turn generates success.
