    Flexible and good schedule for the most part. Great for adding some IT experience to your resume to find something else eventually.


    Pay is not competitive at all. The company pays way under market for the roles and positions they have. People below you will make more than you, and when questioning it, you are put down by management, lied to about waiting for a raise, or ignored completely. You don't get a raise when getting a promotion. And the review process is very messy. You have to review yourself, then management will tell you if your self review is accurate. In the end, the review is just a front (at least that's what it feels like), to make you feel like you matter. If you are personal friends with management, that's how you move up. Hard, good work isn't noticed, yet those who do poor work and blatantly ignore their complaints against them keep their job and sometimes make more money than you. In summary, avoid the company. They are not growing, new projects are manned by one to two people.

    Advice to Management

    Get rid of this new "corporate" feeling you've gained with the fairly new managing partner that you brought over to better the company. Your employees are dissatisfied, and know bs when they see it. Actions are better than words, and in this company, only words are used, regarding the future, over and over, creating hope that never results in action. Reward your employees that do quality work with what they are worth in the IT market. Advice to recruiters - before speaking to your recruits and acting like you know and remember them, learn the project a little so you don't go in blindly and find out that there are problems or dissatisfied employees. When you act shocked at something, (or try to hide that your shocked), we feel that you are not reliable to go to for questions, even though you preach that's what your here for.
