No pay increase in 2 years. Safety comes second to the work. Training is inconsistent, ask ten techs what needs to be done and get ten different answers. I do not know what my mangers look like, saw him once when I was hired on 2 years ago, can not even reach him by phone. Email only so he can filter out what he does not want to talk about. Benfits cost are over half a paycheck. When they need people to work overtime it is forced but when slow you are forced to take days off. No paid holidays, two weeks off at Christmas time without pay, but it's a slow time of the year, you will have forced time off before those two weeks.
