    Negative Outlook

I worked at Reality Interactive full-time (More than a year)

This is a great company to work for if you are struggling to find a job. While it was not a good cultural fit for me, I did my time, during which I recommended a number of people apply there. Unfortunately, none were ever interviewed.

Again for me, it wasn't a cultural fit. Some employees walk in very late (like and hour and a half late) and are praised for staying until 5:30, while other are scolded for coming in on time rather than early, and then proceed to stay into the late hours of the night. There's a negative vibe in the company, focused heavily on money. It is well known who makes how much, as one employee tells everyone- whether the numbers he quotes are true or not, it creates a lot of issues. Management never handles this.

    Advice to Management

The next employee you hire should be an HR manager to fix everything. The potential is there, it's the little things that ruin it and make you loose the best talent.
