I worked at Realogy full-time (More than a year)
Good health benefits and employee perks. Nice and spacious cafeteria with plenty of choices for lunch. Spacious gym that offers all sorts of different exercise equipment. Very close to downtown Madison, which has plenty of shops, restaurants, etc. Close to Giralda Farms, which has a nice running/walking path.
The only downside was my role, and my managers/supervisor who provided zero mentor-ship. I was at Realogy for just a little over 1 year. my job description initially seemed more hands-on and capable for me but I never was able to settle into the role. My first day on the job, my supervisor had given 2 weeks notice, and I was now reporting directly to managers whom were always busy, very quick with words and answers, and not 100% available when I needed assistance. Members of my team could only assist so much due to other responsibilities and priorities, which was understandable. The role was not heavily technology driven enough. You had to rely on outsourced vendors to get answers and fix issues, instead of having immediate access to anything to correct yourself. The role consisted of being in status meetings all day long, accounting/budgeting assignments (which was something I've never done before or was part of my job description when I was hired. Overall the company is solid, has lots of perks, and I met plenty of nice people during the year or so I was there. It would have been nice to move to another role or brand, but that was never offered to me.
