    I worked at Regus full-time (More than 10 years)


    Great hours, bonuses , time off and holiday pay. Loved getting to know clients and helping them grow their business. Enjoyed most co workers and some management.


    Management takes advantage of the employees and their hard work is not rewarded. Company promises to promote within and that never happens.

    Advice to Management

    Need better compensation or reward system to make employees feel that you care about them. Employees put in hard work with the hopes of being rewarded- train them better to suceed.
